InOrbit

About

Every introduction should leave both people better off.

InOrbit exists to do one thing: find the people who change your trajectory. Not more connections to collect, the few conversations that actually take you somewhere.

The trouble with most networking is that it matches people who look alike. Real momentum comes from complementarity. You have something you need to reach the next level, a cofounder, a first customer, a mentor, a teammate, a piece of hard-won advice. You also have something you can give someone else. The best coffee chats are the ones where both of those line up.

How it works

You tell us what you are looking for and what you can offer. We draft both from your LinkedIn so it takes about two minutes. Each week we surface a few people whose offers meet your asks, and whose asks you can meet, with a short note on exactly why the two of you should talk.

When you both say yes, we make a real introduction over email and get out of the way. Meet over coffee in Washington, DC metro, or on a quick call. Afterward we ask one question: was it worth it, and would you meet again? That answer, not a follower count, is how we measure whether InOrbit is working.

Why the DC metro, for now

InOrbit starts in the Washington, DC metro because density matters. Enough of the right people in one place means coffee is actually possible, and the introductions are good from day one. We are invite-only to keep the quality high.
